🚚︎ Orders & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days via our standard UK delivery service. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery when your order total meets the minimum spend shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely — you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.
What if I need my order urgently?
You can select Express Delivery at checkout for faster shipping. Orders placed before noon (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
⮌ Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund or exchange — no quibbles!
Do I have to pay for return postage?
If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong toy, we’ll cover return postage.
If you simply changed your mind, postage is at your own cost.
How long will my refund take?
Once your return arrives, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shop Pay, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at fatbraintoys@uk.tomy.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes — all prices shown are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Are all Fat Brain Toys available in the UK?
We stock a wide range of the most popular Fat Brain products, but some US exclusives may not be available here yet.
How can I tell if an item is suitable for my child’s age?
Each product page includes age and skill level guidance, helping you choose the perfect toy for every stage of development.
Do your toys come with a guarantee?
Yes — all Fat Brain Toys are covered by the TOMY 1-Year Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
